Failure to inspect Hazardous Waste containers at least weekly. <br />We are now inspecting and logging our Hazardous Waste containers each <br />week. A copy of the log is attached. <br />2. Contingency Plan Incomplete. <br />I have re -written our Contingency Plan and have attached a copy. Please let <br />me know if this meets all requirements. <br />3. Personnel training records incomplete. <br />All personnel have been re-trained and a record of this training is attached. <br />4. Failed to properly store and label Universal Waste Lamps. <br />All Universal Waste Lamps are now being stored properly in a closed <br />container and are properly labeled with the date and being managed within <br />one year. This was noted on inspection report as "corrected on site". <br />5. Hazardous Waste containers were not properly labeled. <br />Hazardous Waste containers are now being properly labeled. This was noted <br />on inspection report as "corrected on site". <br />6. Empty Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Material containers were not labeled <br />with the date that they first became empty. <br />All of these containers are now being labeled "Empty" and marked with the <br />date. They are being managed within one year. This was noted on <br />inspection report as "corrected on site". <br />
