Certification of Return to Compliance for Hazardous Waste Generators <br />2. Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest for removal of the used spill absorbent material drums. <br />3. Copy of the current Underground Storage Tank Hazardous Materials Monitoring Plan that was updated <br />8/1/01 and mailed to your office 8/23/01. <br />4. Revised/Updated UPCF Business Plan reflecting a recent change in the car wash chemical supplier <br />5. October 2001 UST Equipment Monitoring Log <br />As we discussed, the previous manager has returned to Chevron to manage this facility. We have <br />reviewed all of the items listed on your inspection. We have discussed the management of <br />hazardous waste. In addition, all employees will attend a formal spill response training on <br />10/24/01 as well as annual refresher training. All of the training records will be filed on site in <br />the Retail Facility Compliance Workbook Training Section. In reference to item #28, the 1999 <br />through 2001 Hazardous Waste Manifests TSDF sign off of the generator's copies would be sent <br />to our central file in San Ramon.
