The only test I can think of that would <br /> require fuel would be the line leak detectors. Other than that, we would like to verify during <br /> inspections that the LIST system has a properly functioning monitoring system, and that the LIST <br /> system primary and secondary pass the integrity tests. <br /> Please refer to page 5 of the Permit application in the attached file. <br /> In section D.
