In the 87 product monitoring plan under the <br /> section "under dispenser containment(UDC) monitoring" it states"YES'for the "UDC monitoring stops flow of <br /> product at dispenser" however while out on the field, the inspector observed the STP having positive shutdown with <br /> the alarm of the UDC sensor. The UDC monitoring does not"stop the flow of product at the dispenser" it stops at <br /> the STP.
