Please be aware that changes in the <br />Underground Storage Tank (UST) regulations effective August 1991 <br />require an annual report be submitted to our office in lieu of the <br />quarterly report (California UST Regulations section 2646(j)]. I <br />have enclosed an annual report for your use. Please use this copy <br />as a master and make additional copies as needed. <br />I have also enclosed a copy of the notice our office sent along <br />with the 1993 billing statement for active UST fees. Please note <br />your facility is in a high groundwater area, and as such is subject <br />to the new monitoring requirements. The available options are <br />outlined in the notice.
