The 87 -octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br />capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br />detector, retested it, and it passed. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />above violation(s) were corrected, including supporting documentation, by August 11, 2013. <br />Note: An updated copy of the Certification of Financial Responsibility form and a copy of Owner <br />Statements of Designated UST operator were submitted to EHD at the time of inspection. <br />A new component, an "automatic re -pressurization module", was noted at the time of inspection. This <br />component is installed immediately to the right of the monitoring panel. According to Mr. Roger Kelly, <br />the module was installed sometime after the last monitoring system certification.
