Clay, Stockton InspDate: Jul 27, 2012 <br />Name: p Address: <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />This is a report of the annual routine and underground storage tank monitoring system certification <br />inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD). The following is a Class II (Repeat) violation: 311, and the following is a Minor Violations - <br />Notice to Comply: 108 <br />108. Secondary containment testing was performed on January 12, 2012, and a test report was <br />submitted to the EHD on February 15, 2012. A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days <br />of the test. Immediately begin submitting a copy of each future secondary containment test report within <br />30 days of the test to the EHD. <br />311. (Repeat) The 87 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall <br />be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi.
