The individual installing and testing the new leak detector must be trained by the <br />manufacturer and also be certified as by the International Code Council as a <br />California UST Service Technician. I received copies of VMI and ICC <br />Installation and Retrofitting Certifications for Mike Jones and Eric Moulgard. <br />2. All monitoring equipment must be listed in the State Water Resources Control <br />Board local guidance letter 113. <br />3. Contact Ray von Fliie at (209) 468-9848 to. arrange a three -gallon per hour leak <br />test of the new leak detector. <br />4. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />5.
