The following is a list of actions taken for each violation: <br /> Underground Tanks <br /> • Item# 106—The monitoring plan for the diesel tank was updated on CERS. <br /> • Item# 108 - Inspections were completed for every month. However, we will <br /> ensure that the inspection date matches the alarm history date match going <br /> forward. <br /> • Item# 209—The date of hire for each employee has been printed on the training <br /> roster.
