Shirley Environmental Testing, <br />LLC will provide Enhanced Leak Detection services to USA #835 at the above referenced <br />location. Shirley Environmental Testing, LLC, is a licensed affiliate of Tracer Research <br />Corporation providing Enhanced Leak Detection services throughout California. <br />The scheduled work plan is to provide Enhanced Leak Detection services (0.005 gph <br />sensitivity) to the above referenced facility with a technological method that meets the <br />requirements set forth in SB 989. According to the information provided by USA there <br />are Two (2) UST's containing motor vehicle fuel. One 12,000 and one compartment tank, <br />4,000 diesel and 8,000 gasoline. <br />The tanks will be inoculated with an individual Tracer. Inoculation is to be performed <br />following strict guidelines established by Tracer Research. <br />Ten (10) probes, numbered 1 thru 10, will be installed around and between the tanks to a <br />depth of approximately 10 feet below grade. An additional 10 probes numbered 11 thru <br />20, will be installed to a depth of 12 inches to 18 inches below grade along the vent lines <br />and piping runs.
