Attachment C <br />The attachment includes specification sheets for TracerTighte Line Tightness Testing and <br />for Tracer Tight Non -volumetric Tank Tightness Testing from the listing of Leak <br />Detection method evaluations published by the National Work Group on Leak Detection <br />Evaluations (NWGLDE). Also included are the Third -Party Evaluation reporting forms, <br />Results of U.S. EPA Standard Evaluation Non -volumetric Tank Tightness Testing <br />Method, for the two evaluations that the NWGLDE reviewed when preparing the <br />specification sheets. <br />The NWGLDE is a volunteer group of state UST regulators as well as representatives <br />from the EPA Office of Underground Storage Tanks. The work group reviewed two <br />third- party evaluations in preparing each of the listed specification sheets. The work <br />group determined that the evaluation protocol for non -volumetric tank tightness testing <br />was also appropriate for the evaluation of non -volumetric ling tightness testing methods. <br />LE <br />
