Soil that registers 50 parts per million (ppm) when measured with an <br /> organic vapor analyzer (OVA) will be segregated into a stockpile location. The stockpile <br /> will be sprayed with water and covered with visqueen. <br /> Soil that registers between 50 and 1,000 ppm will be immediately sprayed with water and <br /> placed in roll off bins for containment.
