We have been asked <br />by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Service to provide State certification for the upgrade of an existing Tidel <br />EMS2000 monitoring system to an EMS3500. <br />The upgrade consists of attaching an external probe controller (EPC485) to the existing EMS2000 unit. As this controller is <br />the same unit that comes factory4astalled on a new EMS3500 system, it is our contention that additional approval of the <br />EPC485 upgrade kit is not necessary. <br />I appreciate the fact that you are extremely busy, however, your response to this as soon as possible will be greatly <br />appreciated. We currently have a site under construction in Stockton and four (4) more sites in San Joaquin County under <br />permit submittal. <br />I have enclosed a letter from the Engineering Department of Tidel Engineering, Inc. for your review.
