These regulations gave industry 10 years to come into compliance with the published <br /> guidelines. These regulations spawned the creation of several new companies that became manufacturers of <br /> products to meet the instant demand created by these regulations. <br /> One such company was Environ. Environ was a spin-off company by previous owners/employees of Total <br /> Containment Inc in the early 190's, Environ was an aggressive manufacturer and marketer of products. They <br /> developed their product offerings with the apparent intention of providing one stop shopping for the"C'Store I <br /> owner. Environ attempted to enter the dispensing market with the acquisition of the Universal Epsco dispenser <br /> line which never attained market acceptance. In October 2005 OPW announced the acquisition of Environ. The <br /> Environ product offerings and the OPW Pisces product offerings were ultimately married under the OPW <br /> FlexWORKS banner. <br /> easily recognized by their distinct green color.
