Please see the attached
tank forms which state that Total Containment jacketed steel tanks were installed in 1998 and remain at the site
today.
Garrett Backus
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E Main Street,Stockton CA 95202-3029
telephone: (209)468-2986
fax: (209)468-3433
email: gbackus@sjcehd.com
From: Garrett Backus [EH]
Sent: Friday, November 12, 2010 11:17 AM
To: Ted Stephenson'
Subject: RE: Cut sheet
Ted,
I still need to get the following:
Does the scope of work list the manufacturer of the tanks as "Highland"? I thought they were Total Containment
tanks.
We need a letter from Western Fiberglass stating that their sump is compatible with the Total Containment
(jacketed steel)tanks at the site. The letter must be on letterhead and signed. Include the name and title of the
person signing the document.
Update page 2 of the permit(see attached). Change/add to the parts list.
Include penetration fittings(cut sheets, 3'd party approval, and technician certification).
Is any of the piping being replaced?
Garrett Backus
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E Main Street,Stockton CA 95202-3029
telephone: (209)468-2986
fax: (209)468-3433
11/12/2010
