Incorporated - Stockton. Our Company is providing the financing for Aurangzeb & Yasmeen Khan, also Dilawar & Naseem Khan for the aforementioned tank removal/installation. We have been working with the Khan's since November of 1998. There were countless issues that needed to be resolved to proceed with the financing program that put us behind the deadline for compliance. On June 18, 1999 we closed the loan on Mr. Aurangzeb Khan's property at 2330 Santa Fe, Hughson, Ca., by closing this loan it cleared property title issues for the other properties to allow us to proceed. The Khan's have been extremely cooperative,diligent and patient as we go through our lending process. Mr. Wilson, I want to bring to your attention that our financing programs were based on Tank relining. The Khan's and Oro Financial will have to obtain new bid's and contracts for the cost and installation of new tanks. However, our company will proceed with the excavation of the existing tanks of the aforementioned properties, we have an accepted and signed bid for the excavation of those tanks.
