Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control
District for any applicable permits and requirements.
2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval
prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones.
3. If concrete will be broken near the UST and/or piping, a secondary containment test
must be performed on the affected systems once concrete is poured in accordance with
the manufacturer's guidelines.
