The business, property, and tanks have been sold, with ( <br />due to close near the end of April. Met with Billa Dhillon and Manpreet Dhillon on site, Charan <br />Dhillon's son and daughter-in-law. <br />VIOLATIONS/OBSERVATIONS: <br />According to Mr. and Mrs. Dhillon, there is fuel in the tanks and they are coming to the facility daily to <br />check on the monitoring panel. The monitoring panel is currently displaying sensor out alarms for all <br />three sensors at the facility (1-1, L2, L3) - the sump sensors for both STP sumps and the tank annuls <br />sensor. Mrs. Dhillon stated the wiring had been cut about a week ago when someone broke into the <br />facility.
