Reportable Relesses: Any overfill,VO4 or unauthorized release which escapes trona W=idwy containment(or p6mary containment if no secondary coataiumemt exists),increases the hazard of fire or explosion,or causes any deterioration of secondary containment,is a reportable release. Reportable releases are also recordable. Within 24 hours after a reportable release bas been detected,or should have been detected,we will notify the local agency administering the UST program of the release,mvestigaee the release,and take unmediate mcaarues to stop the release. If necessary,or if requited by the local agency,renaming stored product/waste will be rvmaved from the UST to prevent fiutb er releases or facilitate corrective action. if an aoerVenY mists,we will notify the State Office of kmergency Services.
