Otherwise you will experience delays in <br /> payments and we will not be held responsible for late penalty charges. <br /> The Shell Facility's Motor Fuel Lease Agreement, Article 5.4 indicates that this is the Operating <br /> Facility's responsibility. <br /> I have recently received UST permit fee invoices 2/10/99, from Your Agency. I request a 30-day <br /> extension in the payment due date to coordinate: 1). Forwarding invoices to each operating facility <br /> and 2).
