FREQUENCY OF PERFORMING THE MONITORING METHOD <br />A. DAILY VISUAL MONITORING <br />Hazardous materials stored in undrground tanks include: <br />Gasoline <br />Waste oil <br />These underground tanks and piping will be electrically monitored <br />on a continuous basis by ADI RONAN EQUIPMENT. <br />Hazardous materials stored aboveground include: <br />Propane <br />Waste oil (prior to. -dumping into underground tank) <br />Motor Oil <br />Transmission Oil <br />Gear Lubricant <br />Grease <br />Solvent (including parts cleaners) <br />Battery Acid <br />Antifreeze <br />When the station stores these materials, the storage area must be <br />visually inspected every day for any signs Of leakage. <br />If there is a leak or spill of any of the hazardous materials, <br />whether stored aboveground or underground, the Emergency Response <br />Procedure provided in this package must be followed as applicable. <br />B. DAILY VISUAL MONITORING LOG <br />The following information will be recorded on the daily visual log: <br />Leakage into the tanks annular spaces <br />Leakage in tanks fill box <br />Leakage into sub. pump boxes <br />.Leakage in piping monitoring wells <br />Leakage of other hazardous materials <br />Inspector's initials <br />Any corrective action taken <br />.The information above will be provided for all of the existing <br />tanks on the site. <br />
