Pershing Ave, Stockton. <br />The application for permit to retrofit the existing underground storage tanks at the above <br />locations have been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. The audible and visual alarm associated with the TLS -350 monitoring panel must be <br />functional on site at all time. <br />2. The written monitoring and response plan must include the operator instructions when <br />an alarm condition is encountered. <br />3. The sump and annular space probes must be compatible with the monitoring panel <br />and listed in LG113-12. <br />4. Contact Michael Kith for inspection. All appointment must be scheduled 48 hours in <br />advance. <br />5.
