EL DORADO, STOCKTON, CA. <br />Dear Ms. Resch: <br />This will serve to inform your division that I (we) hereby declare, <br />under penalty of perjury, that the information and /or recommendations <br />contained in the proposals and /or reports, which have been or may be <br />forwarded to your office by Aegis Environmental Consultants for work at <br />the above location, is/are true and correct to the best of our knowledge <br />and that all work which requires or required geologic or engineering <br />evaluations and/or judgements have been prepared/performed under the <br />direction of an appropriately registered or certified professional. <br />We are informed, by the above named consultant, that the attached or <br />previously forwarded proposal or report utilizes the "Regional Board <br />Staff Recommendations For Initial Evaluation and Investigation of <br />Underground Tanks" and "Appendix A" reporting format. The LUFT Manual <br />has also been utilized as a guidance document. <br />A "Preliminary Report" (Results of tank closure site assessment) will be <br />submitted to the San Joaquin County PHS/EHD by Aegis Environmental <br />Consultants. If contamination is found further investigation will <br />continue. If further information is required. please do not hesitate in <br />contacting Aegis Environmental Consultants.
