Primary containers shall be product tight. <br />3. Secondary containers <br />A. Thickness, density, composition, and product compatibility. <br />B. Sized to contain unauthorized releases for sufficient time to allow <br />detection and removal. <br />4. Secondary container volumetric requirements <br />A. Single primary container - 100%. <br />B. Multiple primary containers . 150% of largest primary container or <br />10% above aggregate. <br />I. Document interproduct compatibility <br />5. Secondary containers open to rainfall. <br />A. Volumetric requirement C 24 hours of 25 year storm in addition to <br />primary container volumes. <br />6.
