a. The enclosed plan review sheet is provided for your information. to assist you <br />in interpreting our requirements for your new UST system. <br />b. A copy of the California Underground Storage Tank Regulations may be <br />obtained from the State Water Resources Control Board at (916) 739-4332. <br />C. Permits and/or plan check approval may also be required by the San Joaquin <br />Air Pollution Control District, County/City Building Department and Fire <br />District in your respective area. <br />d. Complete and submit the State Water Resources Control Board "Facility (A)" <br />and "Tank Permit (B)" application forms. <br />e. A minimum of 3 inspections will be conducted on the UST system installation. <br />A $35 per hour inspection fee may be charged for additional inspections or <br />reinspections as required. <br />f. Applicant/contractor to adhere to the approval plan and any change or <br />deviation shall be reported and approved by PHS/EHD prior to installation. <br />g.
