R <br />TANK CLOSURE REPORT <br />2320 El Dorado, Stockton, CA <br />Aegis Project No. 89-049 <br />Page 3 <br />The following subsections present additional information regarding the <br />site, including: site location, site description, adjacent land uses, <br />utilities, tank storage products. Additional information regarding <br />spill, leak and accident history, site and regional geology, <br />utilities, as well as site and regional hydrogeology is presented in <br />section 2.0 of Aegis' "Pre -Tank Replacement Site Assessment Work <br />Plan" (Aegis, December, 1989). <br />The Site is located on the <br />Dorado and Adams Street in <br />(Figure 1). The Site lies <br />Stockton. The San Joaquin <br />is 125-21-30. <br />northeast corner of the intersection of El <br />Stockton, San Joaquin County, California, <br />within a residential area in northeastern <br />County assessor's parcel number for the Site <br />The site is currently occupied by an operational Shell service <br />station. The site consists of four canopy covered pump islands and an <br />office within a Shell Mini -Mart building (Figure 2). The pump islands <br />are located on the central section of the site. The office (Mini - <br />Mart) building is located on the eastern border of the site. Three <br />underground fuel storage tanks were removed from the northeastern <br />corner of the site. The land surfaces of the site are paved and flat <br />lying. <br />The site is bordered to the north and east by private residences, to <br />the west across El Dorado by private residences and to the south <br />across Adams Street, by private residences. The land surfaces of the <br />adjacent lots are predominately flat. <br />
