The EHD must witness the testing of the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. All monitoring system sensors must be tested. Electronic line leak detectors must be tested, if installed at this site. 5. A "Certification of Installation / Modification" form shall be submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(4)] before this upgrade will be considered ......--1- L_.
