I have <br />reviewed the data produced in conjunction with this test for purpose of <br />verifying the results and certifying the tank systems. The testing was <br />performed in acorrdance with Alert protocol, and therefore satisfies all <br />requirements for such testing as set forth by NFPA 329-92 and USEPA 40 <br />CFR part 280. <br />The results of testing are shown on the following page, and indicate <br />whether the wetted and non -wetted portion passed or failed. Included <br />with the report are reproduction of data compiled during the test which <br />formed the basis for these conclusion.
