El Dorado St., Stockton <br /> The proposed plan and application for permit to install new underground storage tanks <br /> at the above referenced location, have been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. All new submittals supercede the previously submitted ones. <br /> 2. As builts of project must be provided before final permit to operate will be <br /> granted. <br /> 3. Submit state form C for each tank system to EHD upon job completion. <br /> 4. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy all conditions listed in Title 23 2636(8) <br /> of CCR or annual line tightness testing will be required. <br /> 5. All inspections to be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> 6. Please contact the local Fire Department for permitting requirements. <br /> 7. All metal fittings and piping in contact with backfill or soil must have corrosion <br /> protection. <br /> 8. Attachments are part of the plan and must accompany plans on site. <br /> 9. Any changes in the information provided must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. <br /> 10.13ased on bouyancy calculations, 3'9" of pea gravel and the slab must be 3". <br /> According to the tank manufacturer's specifications, the tank shall not exceed a <br /> 5' burial depth. <br /> 11.The overfill prevention system will not allow for manual override and will alert <br /> the transfer operator at 90% full by restricting the flow into the tank or <br /> triggering an audible and visual alarm according to Title 23 2635(b)(2)(A). <br /> 12.This permit expires at the end of the calendar year. <br /> Please contact me at (209) 468-9848 to schedule inspections and with any questions. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
