Immediately log <br /> into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the <br /> UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 111 CCR 2638(a) Failed to test monitoring and leak detection equipment annually. <br /> The Veeder root 208 sensors in under dispenser containment(UDC) 1/2 was observed with splicing outside of the <br /> junction box.The junction box caps were missing, and spliced wiring were exposed outside of the explosion proof <br /> junction box.All monitoring equipment shall be installed, calibrated, operated and maintained in accordance with <br /> manufacturer's instructions. Immediately replace junction box caps, and properly install according to manufacturer's <br /> recommendations. Obtain a repair permit if necessary. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 CCR 2638(d)Failed to submit monitoring system certification test report within 30 days. <br /> Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was performed on 817117 <br /> and a test report was submitted on 2/20/18, 5 months late. A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 <br /> days of the tests. Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in a <br /> timely manner. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(i)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times.
