Food facility operations— Call Vidal Pedraza at (209) 468-0334 for operating permit information for <br /> opening the retail food facility. A consultation appointment may be needed. <br /> 15. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were last <br /> performed on August 9, 2016. These tests are required once every 12 months. <br /> 2. Secondary containment testing was conducted on August 28, 2015. Secondary containment testing is <br /> required once every 36 months.
