The permit has been approved <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br />applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour notice is <br />required for inspection appointments). <br />• Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can detect a leak of 3 <br />gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br />• Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test (or <br />equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />• Corrosion protection: Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to backfilling. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD inspection <br />and approval. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the tank prior to the EHD inspection <br />and approval. <br />4. Since concrete will be broken near the tank, a secondary containment test must be performed on the <br />tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br />
