All heavy equipment and service vehicles on the site must <br />conform with the applicable inspection codes: <br />a. All mobile equipment must be equipped with <br />seat belts which must be worn by the operator <br />at all times. <br />c. All job sits vehicles will be equipped with a <br />service brake, parking brake and emergency <br />brake system. <br />In the event of open excavations, which is a hazard to on-site <br />workers, the following policy regarding excavations will be <br />followed: <br />• Entry into excavations greater than 4 feet deep is <br />prohibited, unless the requirements of T8 CCR 1541 are <br />lao b . <br />
