El Dorado Street <br />Stockton, CA <br />Mr. Backus: <br />i` �HEALDI <br />This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the UST Inspection Report for <br />ARCO Facility No. 2130 located at 7906 N. El Dorado Street in Stockton, California <br />dated September 19, 2008 (Attachment A). <br />The inspection report stated that there were issues with the recordkeeping (test results) at <br />the site. The following is BP's response to the items noted during the inspection on <br />September 19, 2008. <br />CCR 2628: Annual Certification of Monitoring Equipment — The Environmental <br />Health Department has not received a correct and complete Monitoring System <br />Certification form for the annual testing done on 7/25/08. The report sent to this <br />dept on 9/5/08 listed the leak detectors as 8484-001 Veeder-Root leak detectors. <br />The site has Red Jacket CPT leak detectors. In addition, the testing technician has <br />not provided a training certification document which shows training on Red <br />Jacket CPT leak detectors. Send a correct and complete Monitoring System <br />Certification form to this dept. Send the service technician's Red Jacket CPT leak <br />detector training document to this dept. The training document must show that <br />the technician was trained prior to 7/25/08. Correct by 10/19/08. <br />
