Item 5. Corrected on site at the time of inspection. <br />2. Item 7. The Franchisee was reminded that all alarms (except low fuel levels and <br />Healy System alarms) should be recorded on the Daily Monitoring System <br />Inspection Log, as well as called in to Quik Stop's Fuel Department for <br />maintenance dispatch. <br />3. Item 21. Corrected on site at the time of inspection. <br />4. Item 23b. Copy of Darren Sciume's ICC UST System Operator certification is <br />attached. The Certificate was given March 15, 2011 and was valid for the months <br />that Darren conducted the inspections. <br />5. Item 23c. A meeting was held in Walton Engineering's West Sacramento office, <br />at which a number of Designated Operator issues were discussed, including the <br />importance of documenting all monitoring system alarms. The July 5, 2011 L2 <br />Fuel Alarm (87STP Sump) was in fact called in to QS Maintenance, recorded, and <br />responded to by Elite IV Contractors (see attached Repair Log, work order, and <br />invoice describing activities performed). Copies will be sent to Quik Stop #39. <br />
