For both tanks, under "Under Dispenser Containment (UDC) Monitoring", "UDC Monitoring" is "continuous" this should be electronic stand alone, the "UDC Leak Sensor Manufacturer" is blank and should be Weeder Root' and the "UDC Leak Sensor Model' should be 330212-001" per technicians on site. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD.
