The permit has been approved <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Elianna Florido at(209)468-0343 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspection for emergency <br /> work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> • Witness soil sampling from under the removed primary piping based on field <br /> observations and as outlined in the sampling protocol. Analytical results to be provided <br /> to Environmental Health Department. The San Joaquin County Sampling Protocol For <br /> Routine Piping/Dispenser Removal/Replacement shall be followed. <br /> • Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test for the 91-octane piping, at <br /> 110% of operating pressure, or 40 psi,whichever is greater. <br /> • Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test of the 91-octane piping, per <br /> manufacturer's guidelines. If there are no manufacture's guidelines, test shall be <br /> performed using an applicable method specified in an industry code or engineering <br /> standard. <br /> • Secondary piping test for all product piping in the vicinity of under dispenser <br /> containments (UDCs) 1/2 and 5/6 (where excavation took place): One hour pressure <br /> test for all piping, per manufacturer's guidelines. If there are no manufacture's <br /> guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable method specified in an industry <br /> code or engineering standard. <br /> • 24-hour hvdrostatic test (or equivalent) on UDC sumps 1/2 and 5/6. <br /> + Visual inspection of piping within dispensers 1/2 and 5/6 for any product leaks. <br /> 1868 E.
