The Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Plan detailing <br />the monitoring equipment and procedures has not been <br />submitted. <br />2. The Emergency Response Plan for the UST Monitoring <br />Program has not been submitted. <br />Please furnish the above items by February 23, 1996.
