Contact the local fire department, local planning or building department and the San <br />Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede <br />the previous ones. <br />3. <br />4. Contact Garrett Backus (468-2986) to arrange the following inspection(s) (a 48-hour <br />notice is required): <br />a. A soap test to verify the pipeline integrity. Isolate and pressurize the pipe <br />following the manufacturer's guidelines. <br />5. If concrete is being broken near the UST, pipeline and tank integrity testing must be <br />performed by a SWRCB licensed tank tester in accordance with the manufacturer's <br />guidelines.
