All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br />Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced; <br />and <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />8. A "Certification of Installation / Modification" form shall be submitted by the owner or <br />the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before this upgrade will be considered <br />complete by EHD. <br />9. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval.
