The scarfing adapter kit imeasily adapted toFES Sm|thFibercast Z-8^(5Omn+15Omm) manual tapering tool kit. Assemble the proper size mandrel and scarfing blade holder following the procedures in Bulletin No. F8800. Rotate the tool body mothat the scarfing blade holder is at 12 o'clock position; this assures the blade will rest on top of the gauge. Slide the proper size gauge all the way to the back nfthe mandrel. Insert the mpmda| blade into the blade holder all the way tothe back o7the tool body. After positioning the black reference mark onthe gauge under the blade, hesure the blade makes uniform contact with the gauge and the blade holder imresting onthe blade. ire
