Saw cut, remove and dispose of the concrete <br />adjacent to the failed spill container. Excavate as required to expose the spill container. All backfill spoils to be stockpiled on site for <br />reuse. Remove and dispose of the existing spill container. Install new complete OPW direct bury spill container and new OPW Drop <br />Tube. Perform a "standing water" test in the spill container for CUPA inspection prior to backfill. Backfill, using existing backfill <br />material. Install new concrete tank slab to match existing, with #4 rebar as needed. Perform a post -construction spill container test <br />and air quality drop tube test. <br />Provide final test results to CUPA and Owner. <br />
