Our records show
that at least 5 of the 17 stations had permits issued in June 1988,
and that these permits expire December 31, 1988. As we agreed in
our phone conversation on December 27, 1988, I have compiled a list
of ARCO's 17 stations (Attachment A) to help you review their
permit status. Please notify Ms. Karen Schultheis of ARCO,
(415) 571-2407, or me, if your review identifies actions that we
still need to take before you can issue permits. We wish to bring
these stations into compliance as quickly as possible.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please call me if
you have any questions regarding this request.
Very truly yours,
BROWN AND CALDWELL
M rgit Ban towsky
MB:ljk
Attachment
cc/enc: Ms. Karen Schultheis, ARCO Products Company, San Mateo,
California
MAILING: POST OFFICE BOX 8045 WALNUT CREEK, CALIFORNIA 94596.1220
STREET: 3480 BUSKIRK AVENUE PLEASANT HILL, CALIFORNIA 94523-4342 • (415) 937-9010 • FAX: (415) 937-9026
