As the <br />drawings indicate, five tanks will be removed and five tanks will <br />be replaced at this site. While the waste oil tank was correctly <br />indicated on the removal application it was overlooked on the <br />installation application. We regret any confusion this error may <br />have caused. The new waste oil tank for this site will be a 550 <br />gallon Xerxes double wall fiberglass tank. It will include both <br />interstitial monitoring and overfill monitoring. The following <br />information is submitted to correct the installation application: <br />1. SWRCB Form B for installation 550 gal. waste oil tank <br />2. SJC PHS EHD UST Application - Page three revised <br />Page four revised <br />Page five revised <br />3. Partial Sht TL -1 revised shows new waste oil tank in same <br />tank hole as existing waste oil tank <br />4.
