Contact the fire department for their permit requirements. <br />2. Samples must be taken and analyzed as stated on pages 4 and 5 of the permit`application. <br />3. Per Mark Vendeiro, Joe Ramage Environmental will perform the sampling and Kiff Analytical <br />will perform the analytical tests. <br />4. EHD must witness the soil sampling. Contact EHD to arrange this inspection appointment. <br />5. All removed piping will be decontaminated prior to removal. <br />6. See permit application for any additional changes. <br />7. Allow 48 hour notice for all inspections. <br />8. Contact Ray von Flue at (209) 468-9848 to arrange all inspections. <br />9. Permit expires December 31, 2002.
