Technician tightened <br />and cleaned the oily liquid out of the sump with rags. Some rags were placed in the on-site hazardous <br />waste drum and some rags were retained by technician for reuse. All primary containment must be <br />product tight. Monitor to ensure that the leak doesn't return. A recordable release form was provided <br />and completed at the time of inspection by the site owner. A copy was retained by EHD. Violation <br />resolved. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />T <br />
