San Joaquin <br />Stockton, CA. <br />11-02-90 <br />Seibold Corporation as a general contractor with an A, B, Haz-mat license <br />will excavate and pull out, one 12,000 and two 5,000 gallon UGST Tanks; at <br />642 N. Hunter St. Stockton, Ca. 95201. <br />Seibold Corp. will triple rinse the tank and piping with Simple Green and put <br />rinsate into drums, where we will have Refineries Service, P.O. Box 1171 <br />Patterson, CA. 95363 1-800-874-4444 C.A.D. #0813166728, pump the rinsate <br />and haul with manifest. A copy of this manifest to be mailed to SJPHS. <br />Seibold Corp. will haul triple -rinsed tank. <br />Inerting the tank will be as follows: 20 pounds dry ice per 1,000 gallon of <br />tank. Liquid nitrogen will be used after dry ice to help purge the tank to <br />low L.E.L. level. The tank and piping will be taken to The Lerner Company in <br />Stockton for scrap metal. "Tracking Record" form will be sent to SJPHS. <br />Soil samples will be taken by brass tubes in the floor of tank hole. <br />The excavated dirt will be covered with black plastic until results of soil <br />samples are received. The soil samples are to be taken with back -hoe bucket <br />2' - 4' below tank hole.floor. Then samples are taken in brass tubes from <br />dirt near bucket teeth. FGL Labs will take soil samples and lab work <br />(209) 942-0181. <br />Seibold Corp. workmans comp. forms are on file, contractor license #_472610. <br />Attached is a copy of underground water table of San Joaquin County Flood <br />Control District. Flood level for Stockton Ca. is at 40' feet. <br />A combustible gas detector to varify L.E.L. atmosphere of tank will be present <br />along with adequate fire extinguisher.
