Liquid was observed in the 87 fill and the 91 fill sumps. If water could enter into the secondary <br /> containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service <br /> technician removed the liquid and placed it in the on site hazardous waste drum. No piping leaks were <br /> observed.
