Return to Compliance Certification. <br /> 2. Items 13, 18,and 21 on the UST Summary of Violations were addressed at <br /> the time of inspection. The attached Invoice#66551 indicates a permit <br /> was pulled to cover replacing the 87 spill bucket. <br /> 3. Items 20 and 50 on the Hazardous Waste Summary of Violations were <br /> addressed by having the drums picked up and hauled offsite under HW <br /> Manifest#004628484FLE and#004628485FLE(copies attached). <br /> 4.
