Beckman Rd., Lodi, CA. <br />Dear Steve: <br />The planned improvements at the above-mentioned location are to be as follows: <br />JAN 16 2003 <br />E:IN" IRJNMENT HEALTH <br />PER MITl/SERVIGES <br />• Removal of the existing dispensers and pump islands and replacement with new equipment and a <br />new configuration. <br />• Removal and replacement of the existing product, vapor and vent lines with new double wall <br />fibreglas lines. <br />• Removal and replacement of the tank submersible pump sumps. <br />• Removal and replacement of the existing over fill limiting devices and the collection boxes. <br />• Removal and replacement of the sump and annular space continuous electric monitoring systems. <br />• Installations of the required dispenser spill pans. <br />• Installation of new line leak detectors. <br />We are currently in the process of gathering price quotations for the required improvements and expect to <br />begin work this spring or early summer. All of the equipment is in the process of being ordered. A <br />decision upon which contractor we will use will be made shortly and work will be scheduled as soon as <br />that decision is made. We will supply a list of equipment as soon as it is made available to us. If you have <br />any questions please don't hesitate to call. <br />We intend to fully comply with the new regulations in a timely manner. We hope that we will be able to <br />operate as we are until the new equipment arrives and our contractor can schedule the work. We are trying <br />to get this done as soon as possible.
